ExploreAround 70 guests, a view across Warsaw and a carefully planned mix of investors and advisers. For XPADIA, the most important production work began with the guest list.

On 6 October 2026, EVERITUM produced a private, English-language business evening for XPADIA at Skyfall, on the 46th floor of Warsaw UNIT. The event introduced Cyprus as an investment destination through presentations, dinner and time for conversation.
XPADIA is a Nicosia-based advisory business helping investors and companies enter the Cypriot market. Deloitte Cyprus contributed subject-matter expertise. Three property developers presented their projects: Domenica Group from Paphos, IMPERIO from Limassol and Patroclos Group from Larnaca.
The format brought together approximately 70 people. Its value depended on who met whom, as well as on the quality of the setting.
Building the audience was one of the most time-intensive parts of the project. The guest mix included real estate agents, lawyers, investors and tax advisers. EVERITUM selected and contacted guests personally, with the business purpose of the meeting guiding the process.
Seating followed the same logic. Investors could discuss questions with legal and tax specialists, while property professionals contributed market knowledge. These roles were deliberately mixed at the tables, so that the presentations could lead naturally into more specific conversations.
The lesson for a private B2B event is practical: approve the audience profile before finalising the room layout. A seating plan can support the business programme when it reflects the interests and expertise of the people attending.
Registration and welcome drinks began at 18:00. At 18:30, XPADIA’s co-founders welcomed the guests and introduced Cyprus as an investment destination. A Deloitte Cyprus expert addressed tax, legal and corporate topics; a cross-border transaction adviser brought the perspective of Polish capital and international real estate.
Dinner followed, with presentations from the three developers. Networking ran from 20:30 until 22:00. The programme kept presentations concise and left a substantial part of the evening for direct discussion.
The location gave the evening its visual character. The production challenge was to make access and transitions feel equally effortless. Guests, suppliers and equipment all depended on lifts, making the arrival timetable and coordination with the building team essential.
EVERITUM coordinated the event logistics and the look and feel of the evening. The schedule connected guest arrival, service and programme changes so that the audience could focus on the meeting.
A private investment dinner combines audience research, individual invitations, table planning and venue operations. The XPADIA evening is an example of that complete production scope in an international, English-speaking setting.
Each part of the evening served the meeting: presentations introduced the topics, table planning connected complementary expertise, and the networking session gave guests time to continue the conversations. The work before the event made that programme possible.
