Who it's for

For international teams planning their next event in Poland.

Whether you are building a regular event programme, entering a new market or supporting your Polish team, we help you turn the brief into a delivered event.

You run a recurring event programme

Your partners, distributors or leadership team meet regularly. You need a local producer who understands your standards and can carry that knowledge into the next project.

Formats: partner conferences, leadership seminars and annual galas.

You are entering the Polish market

You are opening an office, launching a product or introducing your business to potential partners. We produce the event and, where needed, research the audience and coordinate invitations.

Formats: launch conferences, private B2B dinners and partner briefings.

You are the Polish arm of an international group

Headquarters expects a flagship event with clean reporting, English-language contracts and a partner who understands group procedures. We have done it for tier-1 telecom and technology groups.

Format: conference, gala or product launch, with a budget tailored to the agreed scope.

Our focus: business events for international companies — from private B2B meetings to conferences and large galas.

Opening dance show under a ‘The Greatest Show’ stage title, with guests seated at dinner tables

Katowice, August 2026

3,500 guests. One evening, timed to the minute.

A 6th-anniversary gala at the International Congress Centre in Katowice. A five-course dinner, award presentations and a dance and light show were coordinated for 3,500 guests. Dinner service followed the stage programme, with VIP tables served first and each award presentation rehearsed with the technical crew.

A dance and light show opened the evening. The five-course dinner was served in step with the stage programme, VIP tables first and always between performances. Dozens of award presentations each had their own video, walk-on and photo, rehearsed on site with the technical crew. Performances in Hungarian, Czech and Polish welcomed guests from across the region, and a paramedic was on duty all evening.

FAQ

Questions we hear on the first call.

Can you work with our existing guest list or recurring programme?

Yes. You do not need to be entering Poland for the first time. We can produce an event for your existing audience or support a recurring programme. Guest research and invitations are optional parts of the agreed scope.

Do we need a Polish legal entity to work with you?

No. We contract with your existing entity — inside or outside the EU — and invoice accordingly. The proposal confirms invoicing and tax treatment for the agreed scope and contracting entity.

How do you find the right guests?

We agree target segments with you, research named individuals through professional networks, industry rankings and public registers, build a list you approve name by name, and run invitations in your name. Nobody is contacted before you have seen the list.

What about GDPR when you handle guest data?

A data-processing agreement is signed before any guest data is exchanged; our partner law firm drafts it. Guest data lives in a project CRM you have access to.

Can you work alongside our agency at headquarters?

We can coordinate with your in-house team and your agency at headquarters. We agree responsibilities, approvals and reporting as part of the brief.

Where in Poland do you work?

Anywhere. Most launches take place in Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice and Gdańsk; we have delivered in congress centres, hotels, private clubs and industrial spaces across the country.

How fast can you start?

A private format typically needs 4–12 weeks from signature; a launch conference 2–6 months and a large gala 3–6 months. Poland's event calendar peaks in March–June and September–December — if you are planning for spring, talk to us before the end of the year.
